Hereinafter referred to as "Kidibook" or "the Seller".
2. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern all sales of products and services offered by Kidibook to its consumer customers ("the Customer") via the site kidibook.com and its associated sales funnels (notably go.kidibook.com). Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC, which the Customer acknowledges having read before confirming their purchase. Kidibook reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time; the applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of the order.
3. Products and Services
- Free holiday workbooks (PDF) : downloadable without purchase or registration.
- The 31-day Adventure (free, one level choice from PS to CM2) : a series of 31 digital adventure workbooks (PDF) delivered by email, one per day for 31 days at the chosen level, accompanied by the Mega Workbook of the 6 worlds (60 pages, PDF) sent immediately upon order and access to self-correcting interactive workbooks online. Free access: no payment, no subscription, no renewal, no recurring charges.
- Individual digital content : workbooks, books, and reminders in PDF format to download.
- Printed books : printed on demand and sold via the shop editions.kidibook.com and on partner marketplaces (Amazon). Sales of printed books made on these platforms may be subject to the specific conditions of the shop or marketplace concerned.

4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Kidibook reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the product or service is billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed. The 31-day Adventure is free: no billing, no charges.
5. Order and Payment
The order is confirmed when the Customer confirms their purchase and proceeds with payment. Payment is made online, securely, via our payment provider Stripe (Payments for the 31-day Adventure are processed via the systeme.io platform, which relies on Stripe). No complete banking data is stored by Kidibook; card information is processed directly by Stripe, according to its own terms and current security standards (PCI-DSS). An order confirmation is sent by email.
6. Delivery and Availability
Digital products (PDF, The 31-day Adventure) : availability is immediate or occurs within a reasonable time after payment validation, by download or email delivery. For The 31-day Adventure, the first delivery occurs immediately after payment, then one email per day for 31 days. No delivery fees apply.
Printed books : shipping times and fees, print-on-demand, and tracking are specified during the order on the relevant store.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract (services/content) or from receipt of the goods (paper books), without having to justify a reason.
Important exception — digital content. For digital content provided immediately and all at once (individual PDF downloads), the Customer acknowledges, by confirming their order, expressly requesting immediate performance of the service and waiving their right of withdrawal that the download starts immediately, in accordance with article L.221-28 13° of the Consumer Code. This exception does not apply to The 31-day Adventure, whose delivery is spread over 31 days: Kidibook maintains the 14-day withdrawal right under the conditions of article 8.
For eligible products, withdrawal can be exercised by an unequivocal statement sent to contact@kidibook.com, or using the standard form below.

"I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract concerning the order below: order of [date], no. [reference], customer name, address. Date and signature (if paper notification)."
8. The 31-day Adventure: delivery and right of withdrawal
The 31-day Adventure is free : no payment, no subscription, no renewal, and no recurring charges. Delivery is by email: the first delivery (first adventure workbook and Mega Workbook of the 6 worlds) occurs immediately after payment, then the Customer receives one adventure workbook per day for 31 days, at the chosen level. The Customer benefits from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code: they just need to write to contact@kidibook.com (or use the standard form of article 7) to be fully refunded, without justification, including if the first shipments have already taken place. After this period, shipments continue until the 31st day; since the subscription is not renewed, no cancellation is necessary.
9. Legal Warranties
Regardless of any commercial warranty, the Customer benefits, for goods (paper books), from the legal conformity warranty (art. L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of non-conformity, the Customer can request repair or replacement of the item. For any defective product (for example, a printing defect), the Customer is invited to contact contact@kidibook.com.
10. Intellectual Property
All content (texts, illustrations, workbooks, games, logo, layout) is the exclusive property of Kidibook and is protected by intellectual property law. Purchased or downloaded files are reserved for personal and family use. Any reproduction, resale, redistribution, or making available to third parties, free of charge or for a fee, is prohibited.
11. Liability
Educational content is offered as support and educational entertainment and does not replace official school teaching. Kidibook strives to ensure the accuracy of the content but cannot be held responsible for any errors or damages resulting from misuse of the site or temporary unavailability.
12. Personal Data
Collected data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, respecting the GDPR. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to contact@kidibook.com.
13. Customer Service and Complaints
For any questions or complaints, customer service can be reached at contact@kidibook.com. We commit to responding as quickly as possible.
14. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with articles L.612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to amicably resolve a dispute with Kidibook, after having sent a written complaint to our customer service (contact@kidibook.com) that remains unanswered satisfactorily for one month.
Kidibook is currently in the process of joining a consumer mediator; their contact details (name, postal address, referral website) will be published here once the membership is effective. In the meantime, the Customer can use the European online dispute resolution platform (link below).
The Customer can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first (customer service, then mediation). Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction under common law conditions.
