1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller for the personal data collected on this site is Kidibook, reachable at the address contact@kidibook.com. We attach great importance to protecting your privacy and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”).
2. What data do we collect?
We limit collection to what is strictly necessary:
- Email address (and possibly a first name), when you voluntarily enter it to receive the free workbook or our newsletter.
- Technical data automatically transmitted by your browser (IP address, device type), only for the proper functioning and security of the site.
We do not collect any data from children. The site is intended for parents and adults: only an adult is supposed to provide an email address.
3. Why and on what basis?

You can withdraw your consent at any time (see point 6), notably via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
4. Who has access to your data?
Your data is never sold. It may be processed by trusted service providers acting on our behalf:
- Our email sending tool (Systeme.io), to manage registrations and message sending.
- Our host, for the technical storage of the site.
If any of these providers is located outside the European Union, the transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
5. How long do we keep your data?
Your email address is kept as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter, and at most 3 years old after your last contact with us (email opened, click, visit). After this period, or upon your unsubscription, it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data: right toaccess, to rectification, d'erasure, to restriction, d'objection, to portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (National Commission on Informatics and Liberty): www.cnil.fr.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
8. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary for its proper functioning, which do not require consent. If we add audience measurement or advertising tools in the future, a consent banner will be presented to you and this section will be updated.
9. Changes
This policy may evolve, especially in case of changes to paid offers (payment data are processed directly by our provider Stripe, via the systeme.io platform, and are never transmitted to us). The date below indicates the latest version.
