How long does it take to get a reply?
We read every message and usually reply within a few working days.
I haven’t received my free workbook or emails—what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder and the “Promotions” tab. If you still haven’t received anything, email us from the address you used to sign up and we’ll check your registration.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also just email us directly.
I have a question about a paper book order.
